Minova Silicate Resin

Injectable two-component silicate resin

The two-component resin is mixed on site and used for stabilisation and leveling of heavily used concrete slabs. Its quick curing process makes the silicate resin a cost-efficient solution for repair
and maintenance projects.

The two-component silicate resin cures to 90% full strength within 15 minutes. Full compressive strength of c.50n/mm2 is achieved within the hour. The resin is injected through holes in the concrete slab and forces out excess water while levelling and stabilising the slab.

  • 1.4 times the density of water – forces excess water out from under the slab
  • Cures to 90% full strength within 15 minutes

  • Full compressive strength of c.50n/mm2 achieved within the hour

  • High strength and yet sufficient elasticity to absorb vibration and be crack-resistant under load

  • Extends the lifespan of the structure by approx. 30 years

  • Lower maintenance than standard brittle cement-based solutions
